The Savary Island Resort
Is a property nestled amongst magnificent Douglas fir trees steps away from some of the most beautiful beaches, breathtaking views, and unforgettable sunsets in Coastal British Columbia.
Our beautiful resort features four bunk style rooms and two decadent luxury suites.
The Savary Island Resort offers accommodation for travelers exploring our spectacular Sunshine Coast…providing unrivaled amenities. Whether you are a lone traveler looking for a place to hang your hat for a few nights, a family looking for a fun filled vacation, a wedding or event looking for a place to happen, or a couple looking for a private, intimate, luxurious getaway….we have something for everyone.
The bunkhouse features four bunkrooms, each with cozy, comfortable beds. Each room consists of a queen bed plus two twin bunk beds. All bunkrooms have shared toilets and sinks. Pillows are provided…you just need to bring your pillow cases, sheets & sleeping bags or duvets and you are sure to be comfortable. Don’t forget your towels!
For those you you who like to suds up out in the wilderness we have built you the outdoor shower of your dreams. Just outside the bunkhouse, there sits (nestled in the trees) your two person outdoor shower. There are two shower heads, two controls… private and fun…and hey, you’ll probably come out clean too.
The lower floor of the main lodge is where all the action happens. There is a large living area with comfortable foam covered benches for curling up and reading a book, big screen TV, a place for just hanging out. Join your friends and pick from our large selection of board games or just kick back and watch a movie.
The main lodge is also a place for the “chef” in you…a place for you to create that culinary masterpiece….where you can come in and cook for one or for all on our two 4 burner gas stoves, two large fridges, commercial sink, all the pots, pans and dishes you could need. All you have to bring is your own food and condiments and you’re all set to do your best imitation of Chef Ramsay (hopefully with a little less profanity and yelling… or Jamie Oliver.
There are also indoor shower rooms and bathrooms. Two showers and a bathroom for the ladies and 2 showers and bathroom for the gents conveniently located.
Upstairs in the Main Lodge are the luxury suites, the creme de la creme… a couple’s intimate getaway dream come true. Each suite features a king size bed, a 6 ft soaker tub overlooking the forest with ocean glimpses, flat screen TV, propane fireplace, mini kitchen with granite countertops. This is the ultimate getaway. All bedding, towels, and robes will be supplied. Your romantic utopia is awaiting you.
Pets:
The Savary Island Resort is pleased to provide quality accommodation for dog owners. Two of our bunkrooms allow for your VIP (Very Important Pet). All pets must be pre-registered at the time of your reservation. There is a one time pet fee of $50 per dog that includes:
- Pet dishes
- Pet Towels for those wonderfully sandy days
There is no size limit…we welcome all canine critters. However, we do limit our accommodations to 2 dogs per unit.
